Author: Coffee is today the most favorite beverage in world. People like to drink coffee because of it sensational smell and taste, besides coffee contains caffeine which could stimulate the brain and makes one feel relax. In the beginning coffee was found in Yemen and north east of Ethiopia. Then the development of coffee farming enlarged to Arab and trough out the world.
There are various species of coffee beans. The most familiar one is called the coffee Arabica, this species is known as the first to be cultivated in the Arabian Peninsula since 1,000 years ago, and that is why it has the same name with the place grown. This one is believed to be a better than other species. From many species of coffee beans, it contains less caffeine. In the Big Island of Hawaii there is a place in South Kona Districts where that species of coffee is well known as Kona coffee. It is considered to be the highest price and mostly demanded coffee in the world. Coffee which is not produced in the Kona District is prohibited to be identified as “Kona”.
The coffee that cultivated with standards of organic farming, more environmental friendly without any synthetic insect killer, nourishment or herbicides is called by Organic coffee. This organic is include in one of the certifications that many exclusive coffee producers are making.
